Make is a property acquired by the Cruzan realty group. They approached us to convert and reposition this warehouse north of San Diego into creative office space.
We branded the space and created marketing materials designed to drive tenant leasing efforts.
Because of the building's history, we used shipping containers as some of the onsite amenities, including bike and surfboard rentals, and a coffee shop. I designed an invitation to the opening which was die-cut and scored to allow the recipient to fold it into a mini shipping container. I re-created artwork mimicking the painting of artist Jason Woodside, who we commissioned to paint on of the shipping containers onsite. I also designed other marketing materials that were available at the leasing office onsite.
